<p>Key Idea: Since the Garden of Eden there has been a great struggle between two kingdoms, such that human beings either are freed to enjoy life in the Kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ or they remain bound, gagged and tormented by that old Deceiver, Satan himself. There is no Middle Kingdom between the two.</p>
